Library
Marion Public Library in the City of Marion serves the Town of Dupont . You can call them at 715-754-5368 or their website is at www.marionpubliclibrary.info The library has several family oriented programs to check out.
Fire Department
The Town of Dupont is served by the Marion Area Fire Department. This is a coalition with Larrabee, Wyoming , Marion and Big Falls. The Marion Area Fire Department is located in the City of Marion's fire hall.
Police
The Waupaca County Sheriff's Department provides Law Enforcement.
Ambulance
The Clintonville Area Ambulance Service provides emergency medical care. The service maintains a station in the Marion municipal building. Most calls to Dupont are dispatched from that location.
Garbage
GFL Environmental is our garbage contractor. Household garbage collection is every Monday. Effective April 24, 2023 - Recycling pickup is every other Monday. If the collection day falls on a holiday the collection date is normally one day later.
Each residence will receive (1) 100-gallon container for garbage and (1) 100-gallon container for recyclables. Recycling pick-up will CHANGE from WEEKLY to BI-WEEKLY, starting with April 24, 2023. Please, do not use plastic bags or your own personal garbage cans/totes as a recyclable or garbage container. All garbage & recycling must be put in GFL Containers. If you are wishing to purchase additional containers - the cost is $10.00 per month per (1) 100-gallon GARBAGE container and $7.00 per month per (1) 100-gallon RECYCLABLE container. If your garbage pickup is missed call the hauler at 920-982-4116. They may miss a stop but have always been willing to come back as soon as they are informed.

We do not have hazardous waste or large item pickup in the Town. The Waupaca County Processing and Transfer Facility at E4981 Swan Rd, Manawa, WI handles these items. You can reach them at 715-258-6249. www.waupacacountyrecycling.com
